K54 OFFICE IN OLD BUILDING

Opening towards a quiet courtyard of the old city in Székelyudvarhely, a long forgotten half-basement was waiting for someone the rediscover. It happened to be a young I.T. team that wanted to settle their office here, the older owner being satisfied by a tiny workplace under a narrow vault. Architectural surfaces and details exhibited in dimmed background light, combined with two hanging lamps seems to be suitable for the monitor-gazing workplaces. White panes of plasterboard floating in front of exposed brick walls painted in white together with a floating all-in one furniture-box makes up the whole scene. The minimal bathroom and kitchen completes the office to a fully equipped bachelor pad as an alternative usage for weekend.
